About The Scoop DOCS

The Database of CAR Stories is a project to track and present examples of computer-assisted reporting stories by news organizations. Originally I posted information about CAR stories on my blog but in the interests of making them easier to find and browse (and to further my experience with Python and Django) I decided to create a database of stories.

DOCS is built using the Django framework and hosted at Webfaction. The code is on github. Comments and suggestions are welcomed; send them to dwillis -AT- gmail dot com.
