- Description/Excerpt: While her 700 students were in class last semester, Denton Middle School Principal Lori Taylor spent more than the equivalent of a full school day on the telephone with impeached school board member David Thomas Jr., an analysis of phone records shows.
Deputy Superintendent Samantha Ingram, meanwhile, had more than a dozen 10-, 15- and 30-minute telephone conversations with Thomas during work hours.
The Press-Register analyzed the calls to and from Thomas and the two women during school and work hours between Aug. 15 -- the first day of this school year -- and Nov. 9, when the records used by Tyson's office end.
